FIFA ranking: Azerbaijan national team drops two positions
FIFA has published an updated ranking of national teams.
According to İdman.Biz, the Azerbaijan national team has lost two positions.
Aykhan Abbasov's team currently occupies 126th place, with 1132.00 points. The opponents of our team in the Nations League - Lithuania is in 149th position (1056.85), and Liechtenstein occupies 206th place (797.70).
Recall that the Azerbaijan national team recently played two friendly matches during a training camp in Europe, in which they first lost to Malta (0:2) and then defeated San Marino (2:1).
It should be noted that the FIFA ranking is led by the current world champion - the Argentina national team (1877.27). Spain is in second place, and France occupies the third line.
