In Latvia they want to ban the Russian language in state media
Latvian Culture Minister Nauris Puntulis believes that content in the Russian language "should disappear" from his country's state media.
This was reported by the Latvian state radio and television portal LSM.
"Content still exists, and we have no grounds for the existence of content in the Russian language in an independent European nation-state. Especially in the current military situation. What does it mean that there is less of it? It should disappear completely, that's all," the portal quotes the minister as saying.
