U.S. strikes IRGC headquarters in northern Iran

The U.S. struck the headquarters of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Navy in Gilan province in the north of the country on Friday night.

The provincial administration reported this, according to the Fars news agency.

"The headquarters of the 'Hazrat Seyed ash-Shuhada' of the naval forces <...> in the city of Zibakenar was attacked by American forces," the statement said.

According to preliminary data, no one was injured as a result of the attack.

The day before, the U.S. Central Command reported that American troops had completed another series of strikes on Iran.
