In the province of Kastamonu in northern Turkey, heavy rains caused mudflows and floods.

According to the information, in the Cide district, where an orange warning has been issued, the Devrekani River overflowed its banks, as a result of which residential quarters and non-residential premises were flooded with water. Due to the river's overflow, cars and the main road to the neighboring Bartın province were under water.
