On the night of August 5, the Russian army attacked the Kyiv region, as a result of which 14 people were killed and another 27 people were injured.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.
"Brovary district. As a result of the attack, large-scale fires broke out on the territory of logistics and warehouse complexes, industrial enterprises, commercial facilities and other objects. Fastiv district. In the village of Kalynivka, a fire broke out on the territory of an enterprise as a result of the enemy strike. The fire has been extinguished," the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported.
In addition, in the Bucha district, fires broke out on the territory of logistics complexes due to Russian shelling.
"Units of the State Emergency Service continue to extinguish the fires and are working at the sites of the enemy strikes. Information about those killed, injured and other consequences of the attack is being clarified," the report added.
