Russia and Ukraine conduct prisoner exchange

Russia and Ukraine have conducted a prisoner exchange. Russia brought back 103 servicemen from Ukrainian captivity, and in return 103 prisoners of war from the Ukrainian Armed Forces were handed over, the Russian Defense Ministry reports.

It is noted that the Russian servicemen who returned from captivity are on the territory of Belarus, where ombudsman Yana Lantratova is working with them.

The ministry added that the UAE provided mediation efforts in the return of the Russian servicemen from captivity.
