A travel ban has been imposed on Serzh Sargsyan

Armenia's Anti-Corruption Committee has chosen a travel ban as a preventive measure against the country's former president, Serzh Sargsyan.

The restrictive measures were taken as part of the investigation of a criminal case that also involves Armenia's second president, Robert Kocharyan, and his son Sedrak, Sputnik Armenia reports.

According to the publication's sources, three people have been arrested as part of the same case, and one more person involved has been placed under house arrest. Among those whose preventive measure was changed to house arrest was Aramais Voskanyan, the former manager of the government dachas, who held that post from 1999 to 2009.
