Searches conducted at the office of Ukraine's president
Ukraine's National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) is carrying out investigative actions at the Office of the President Volodymyr Zelensky. This was reported by Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleksiy Goncharenko.
The reasons for the searches and exactly whom they concern have not yet been disclosed.
At the same time, NABU and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) announced a special operation against a criminal organization that, according to investigators, is headed by an official of the Prosecutor General's Office.
The suspects are accused of providing protection for a network of fraudulent call centers and of legalizing property. "Ukrainska Pravda" reports on investigative actions at the Prosecutor General's Office and the detention of Serhiy Kropyva, deputy head of one of the departments.
