Azerbaijan imported $43.5 million worth of clothing from Turkey in eight months

In January-August, Azerbaijan imported clothing from Turkey worth $43.538 million, which is 33% more than in the same period of 2025.

This is reported by 1news.az with reference to the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM).

According to its data, clothing exports from Turkey to Azerbaijan in August amounted to $7.132 million, which is 16.1% more than a year earlier.

Note that the total volume of clothing exports from Turkey during the reporting period decreased by 2.2%, to $10.968 billion.

The main importers of Turkish clothing in January-August were Germany ($1.611 billion, a decrease of 12.8%), the Netherlands ($1.272 billion, a decrease of 5.9%) and Spain ($1.177 billion, an increase of 4.8%).
