Suleyman Shukurov wins second European championship gold of his career

Azerbaijani judoka Suleyman Shukurov won a gold medal at the European U23 Championships being held in Montenegro's capital, Podgorica.

Competing in the up-to-90 kg weight category, the athlete won by ippon in the final bout against Germany's Konstantin Distel. This triumph earned Shukurov the title of European champion for the second time in his career.
