Gurban Gurbanov comments on rumors of Kochalski's departure from Qarabag

Qarabag head coach Gurban Gurbanov has commented on rumors about the possible departure of goalkeeper Mateusz Kochalski from the club.

As 1news.az reports, at the press conference following the victory over Araz-Nakhchivan (3:2) in Round IV of Azerbaijan's Misli Premier League, the coach stated that at the moment no official transfer has taken place, although negotiations were indeed held.

Gurbanov explained that the Polish goalkeeper's contract contains a clause that obliges the club to enter into negotiations during every transfer window. The specialist added that before the match the entire team was fully focused on the game, and that he intends to inquire about the details of this matter after the game.

Note that the Aghdam club defeated Araz-Nakhchivan at the Tofiq Bahramov Republican Stadium with a score of 3:2 in the final match of Round IV.
