Ramstein: Partners announce new deliveries to Ukraine

Following the 36th meeting in the Ramstein format, partners announced new contributions to strengthening Ukraine on the battlefield.

According to a statement by Ukraine's Ministry of Defense on its Telegram channel, the key outcomes of the meeting were new air defense systems, drones, and ammunition for the Defense Forces.

Germany announced new deliveries of interceptor missiles for Patriot systems and F-16 aircraft, as well as purchases of unmanned aerial vehicles.

The United Kingdom will allocate 100 million pounds for deliveries of American weaponry through the Prioritized Ukraine Requirements List (PURL) mechanism. In addition, the country will ensure the delivery of another 95,000 drones by the end of the year and tens of thousands of extended-range artillery shells funded by other states.

The Netherlands announced a contribution of $300 million to the "Drone Line" project and the transfer of 300 missiles for countering UAVs.

Estonia will continue to support Ukraine in 2027 at a level of no less than 0.25% of GDP.

Norway will provide a previously announced package worth $200 million for the purchase of Patriot missiles.

Spain will allocate 2 million euros for fuel purchases through the NATO Support and Procurement Agency. In addition, Spanish assistance will include air defense missiles and artillery ammunition.

Lithuania announced a contribution of $10 million to PURL.

Poland is preparing a new aid package worth 50 million euros, which will include, in particular, air defense systems.

Sweden will provide a support package worth $28 million, including a contribution of $14 million to PURL.

Ukraine's Ministry of Defense expressed gratitude to the partners for supporting the country's defense and strengthening the Defense Forces on the battlefield.

It was previously reported that at the Ramstein meeting on September 8, Germany announced the transfer to Ukraine of PAC-2 missiles from the Bundeswehr's arsenals.
