Macron orders development of a plan to protect France from drones and cyberattacks

The French government will prepare a plan to protect critically important infrastructure from possible drone attacks and cyberattacks.

This was stated by French President Emmanuel Macron at a press conference following a meeting with the leaders of parliamentary parties.

"The interior minister <...> will instruct the government to prepare a plan to protect our critically important infrastructure and the most vulnerable facilities of our defense industry and technological base from attacks using drones and from cyberattacks," Macron said.
