Alen Simonyan: By recognizing Azerbaijan's territorial integrity, Armenia has freed itself from colonization

By recognizing Azerbaijan's territorial integrity in Prague, Armenia has thereby also recognized its own territorial integrity, stated the speaker of the Armenian parliament, Alen Simonyan, to journalists.

According to him, by doing so, Armenia has freed itself from 'colonization, transformation into a peripheral province, and loss of power.'

'Those who speak of Prague in a negative light want the Republic of Armenia to cease existing as an independent state... In Prague, we did not recognize Azerbaijan's territory – we recognized our own territory, because Armenia begins where Azerbaijan ends,' concluded Alen Simonyan.
