Iran states that Mojtaba Khamenei personally made the decision to cease fire

Supreme Leader of Iran Mojtaba Khamenei is in control of the situation in the country and personally made the decision to cease fire in the war with the US and Israel.

This was stated to TASS by the representative of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic in India, Abdul Majid Hakim Ilahi.

"He is doing very well, everything is under his control, he comes to his office, meets with officials, the president, the official representative of the parliament, and they hold meetings. The decision to cease fire was made by him," Ilahi emphasized.

US President Donald Trump announced a two-week mutual ceasefire with Iran on April 7. Pakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, a mediator between the parties, invited them for talks. According to Iranian state television, these talks are expected to be direct.
