The former leader of the Turkish opposition Republican People's Party (CHP), Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, has been sentenced to several months in prison for statements made against President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
The court found Kılıçdaroğlu guilty in the case of 'insulting the president' and sentenced him to 11 months and 20 days of imprisonment.
