AI assistants of ABB Bank AI-nur and AI-khan reach 1 million interactions with clients – 3 new features added!

The functionality of the conversational AI assistants for clients of ABB Bank – AI-nur and AI-khan – has been significantly expanded with the addition of new features.

Mobile top-up, transfers within the bank and to other banks, personalized financial recommendations

Now, mobile top-ups (Azercell, Bakcell, Nar) can be made simply by speaking with the assistant.

In addition, AI-nur and AI-khan now assist clients as personal financial managers. Based on completed transactions, they answer questions about monthly income and expenses and help manage funds effectively.

It is also now possible to make transfers to both ABB Bank cards and cards of other banks – by card number or template – using the AI assistants.

56% of users interacted with AI-nur, 44% with AI-khan

In a short period, around 150,000 ABB Bank clients have used the services of the AI assistants, and their number is growing rapidly. To date, more than 1 million interactions with the artificial assistants have been recorded. 56% of users chose AI-nur, while 44% opted for AI-khan.

AI-nur and AI-khan promptly assist with most questions related to the bank’s services and products, perform banking operations – including transfers between a client’s cards and accounts, as well as transfers to other individuals by phone number – using voice commands, and answer user inquiries.

If necessary, AI-nur and AI-khan can also block a client’s card or reactivate it.

The new artificial intelligence technology allows clients to perform banking operations even more conveniently and quickly, while ensuring the highest level of security.

ABB Bank will continue to enhance the AI user experience in the near future by introducing new features.
