Tickets for UFC tournament in Baku purchased by fans from 67 countries

Tickets for the UFC tournament, which will be held in Baku, have been purchased by fans from 67 countries around the world.

As 1news.az was informed at the Baku City Circuit, the greatest interest in the tournament is shown by residents of the USA, Great Britain, Germany, Turkey, Kazakhstan, and Israel.

It should be noted that Azerbaijan is currently the only country in the CIS, Central Asia, and the South Caucasus hosting UFC tournaments.

The UFC tournament will take place on June 27 at the National Gymnastics Arena. In the main fight of the evening, Azerbaijan's representative Rafael Fiziev will meet with Mexican Manuel Torres. In the second most important fight, middleweight Shara Bullet Magomedov will test his strength in a bout against Brazilian Michel Pereira.

As part of the tournament, another Azerbaijani fighter, Farman Gasanov, will enter the octagon. His opponent will be American Eric Nolan.
