Water main bursts in Baku: Jamsheed Nakhchivansky Street flooded - VIDEO
A major water main break occurred in the Nizami district of the capital, causing Jamsheed Nakhchivansky Street to be completely flooded.
Water gushing out in a powerful fountain flooded the roadway and paralyzed traffic. Local residents claim that utility services inspected the accident site in the morning, but real measures to eliminate the flooding have not been taken so far.
