Women's retirement age rises in Azerbaijan
As of July 1, women's retirement age in Azerbaijan has reached 65 years and equalized with men's retirement age.
As reported by 1news.az, the retirement age of 65 for men was set on June 30, 2021.
The age limit for men was increased annually by six months from July 1, 2017, to July 1, 2021, and for women from July 1, 2017, to July 1, 2027.
The minimum pension in Azerbaijan is 320 manats. The old-age labor pension is assigned for life.
