Today applicants will take exams in I and IV groups of specialties
Today the State Examination Center (SEC) will conduct entrance exams (second attempt) to higher educational institutions in groups I and IV of specialties.
An exam (second attempt) in geography will also be held for applicants who have chosen both subgroups DT and TC of group III specialties.
As the SEC reports, the exams will be organized in Baku, Khankendi, Nakhchivan, Ganja, Shamkir, Agstafa, Gazakh, Sumgayit, Absheron, Shamakhi, Mingachevir, Sheki, Zagatala, Barda, Goychay, Ujar, Kurdamir, Shirvan, Sabirabad, Salyan, Lankaran, Jalilabad, Guba, and Khachmaz.
The exams will begin at 10:00. At 09:45 the admission regime will end, after which late participants will not be allowed into the examination buildings.
For convenient entry of participants into the examination buildings, different arrival times have been set, which are indicated in the admission sheet. In this regard, applicants are recommended to arrive at the time specified in the admission sheet.
The following documents must be brought to the exam:
admission sheet;
original identity document.
Citizens of Azerbaijan (including participants under 16 years of age) must present an identity card. Foreign citizens and stateless persons must present a document issued by the State Migration Service, and foreigners who have received refugee status and their family members must present a refugee certificate.
Participants whose identity document does not contain a photograph, in addition to the specified documents, must present a certificate from an educational institution with a 3×4 cm photograph attached, certified by a seal.
In total, 153 examination buildings and 2,658 classrooms have been allocated for the exams. 153 senior supervisors, 429 exam supervisors, 3,304 observers, 482 admission regime staff, and 153 building representatives have been involved in organizing the exams.
The participation of 36,356 applicants is expected, including 24,997 in group I specialties, 5,302 in group IV, and 6,057 people taking the geography exam for admission to both subgroups DT and TC of group III specialties.
65 applicants with disabilities (blind, persons with cerebral palsy, hearing impairment, and other conditions) will also take part in the exams. Special classrooms have been allocated for them, and blind participants with 81–100% body function impairment have been assigned individual observers. Necessary conditions for access to examination buildings and classrooms have been created for participants with limited mobility. In addition, special training sessions have been conducted for observers working with participants with disabilities.
