"Sun hit the eyes": Zagatala — Baku bus driver on the accident
As we reported earlier, a large passenger bus traveling on the Zagatala — Baku route overturned.
The bus driver spoke about what happened.
He described the moment of the accident this way:
"I was driving from the side of the restaurant, dawn was just beginning. The sun hit my eyes, and I didn't understand how it all happened. Perhaps it was due to fatigue, but at some point I just realized that I had lost control. Although the bus is designed for 51 seats, it was not fully occupied, there were approximately 30–35 people inside. I drive on this road every day. I have been working on this route for a long time, and nothing like this has happened until now."
