Ricky Martin cancels concert in Tbilisi a day before performance

The concert of the world-famous Puerto Rican singer Ricky Martin, which was supposed to take place on July 16 at the Rustavi International Motopark venue in Tbilisi, has been canceled.

Organizers of the event announced this on social media, noting that the artist himself made the decision to cancel.

“For reasons that remain inexplicable to us, the artist decided to cancel the concert,” the organizers’ statement says.

Spectators were promised refunds for purchased tickets, with refunds to be issued at the point of purchase. No other details, including the reasons for canceling the performance, are being provided at this time.
