The International Football Federation (FIFA) did not detect suspicious bets on 2026 World Cup matches.

FIFA's target group for ensuring the integrity of competitions did not detect suspicious betting activity or signs of possible match-fixing at the 2026 World Cup.
It is noted that specialists monitored betting markets and on-field events in real time in all 104 matches of the tournament. Based on the analysis of the collected information, no match raised suspicions of result manipulation.
FIFA centrally collected reports on betting movements, data from working group participants, and information received through available channels for reporting violations. The information was then analyzed and transmitted to all organizations involved in monitoring.
The target group included representatives of football confederations, the federations of the USA, Canada, and Mexico, as well as the FBI, Interpol, the UN Office on Drugs and Crime, the Council of Europe, Sportradar, the International Betting Integrity Association, and other organizations.
FIFA plans to continue cooperation with group participants at upcoming tournaments, including the 2027 Women's World Cup.
