Britain to transfer rights to Ukraine for Stone Cloak electronic warfare system
The United Kingdom will transfer to Ukraine the intellectual property rights underlying the new British electronic warfare system Stone Cloak.
This is stated in a message from the office of Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Andy Burnham.
According to its information, this step will be announced on July 27 at a British naval base during the visit of Vladimir Zelensky.
As noted, the transfer of rights to Stone Cloak "will allow the production of this technology on an industrial scale." The electronic suppression devices have the size of a tablet computer and are designed to make it difficult to detect the drones on which they are installed. The UK Ministry of Defense has already transferred thousands of such devices to the Ukrainian military.
