Brother and sister from Russia go missing in Thailand under suspicious circumstances - PHOTO - VIDEO
In the night from July 25 to 26 in Pattaya, sister and brother Diana (22 years old) and Roman (17 years old) went missing.
This was reported by the mother of the missing persons named Zarina, noting on the social network Instagram the following: "That night Diana returned home. Before that, she said that she felt as if someone was following her and that she would not go for a ride anywhere. But around 4 a.m. Diana and Roman left the house again. They were in home clothes, without things, like people who were going to go out briefly and return soon. They did not return home."
The mother notes that "now they are being searched for by the police and a huge number of caring people. I am immensely grateful to everyone who helps, spreads information, goes out to search and prays for my children. I have not slept for the fourth day already. Every day is spent in searches, meetings with the police and checking every possible lead."
In a comment to RIA Novosti, the leader of the volunteer group in Thailand Svetlana Sherstoboeva notes that Roman and Diana left the house on a motorcycle on the morning of July 26: "About 20 minutes later, an SMS message from Diana with one word came to their mother's phone - 'Urgent!' (urgent, extremely)."
After that, communication was cut off, clarifies S. Sherstoboeva. It is reported that the Pattaya police have already established that a surveillance camera spotted the motorcycle 300 meters from the house. Personal belongings, documents and money remained in the house, which indicates that the young people did not plan a long trip.
Later, the mother of the missing brother and sister stated in Instagram Stories that the motorcycle of the missing children was found disassembled and buried in the ground; the Russians were last seen on this vehicle. Now the bike in damaged condition has been found in the ground; it was identified by the license plate.
Russian media emphasize that relatives fear that the missing persons could have been kidnapped for sale to another country.
