Pashinyan gave a signal to business: it is time to move away from dependence on the Russian market

Many consider the current situation regarding the Russian market, the EAEU market, a crisis, but I consider it a new opportunity.

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said this at a session of the government of Armenia on July 30, news.am reports.

He pointed to the need to grow high-value crops on regulated agricultural lands.

Pashinyan added that the authorities constantly send signals to economic entities that economic ties need to be diversified. "Diversification is not happening mainly for one reason: it means increasing efficiency, productivity and standards," he noted.
