Israel rejected the 15-point peace plan for a settlement in Gaza

Israel has rejected the terms of the 15-point plan for settling the situation in the Gaza Strip proposed by the Board of Peace.

As Report informs citing Ynet, the corresponding statement was made by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the opening of a cabinet meeting.

The head of government emphasized that the Israel Defense Forces will not withdraw troops until the complete and genuine disarmament of Hamas, including both heavy and light weapons. According to Netanyahu, Israel is holding consultations on this issue with the United States, considering various proposals from the American side, some of which remain unacceptable for Jerusalem.
