U.S. fighter jets intercept aircraft over Trump's golf club

American F-16 fighter jets intercepted several aircraft that violated temporary flight restrictions over Bedminster, New Jersey, where U.S. President Donald Trump is staying.

As 1news.az reports, this was announced by the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD).

"NORAD F-16 fighter jets today intercepted several general aviation aircraft that violated temporary flight restrictions over Bedminster. All aircraft were safely escorted out of the area," the command said in a statement on X.

Trump owns the golf club located in Bedminster and often spends weekends there. The U.S. president arrived in Bedminster on Friday and is expected to return to Washington on Sunday.
