Armenia will continue diversifying exports even after Russia lifts restrictions
Armenia will continue to diversify its exports even after Russia lifts restrictions on the import of Armenian products.
This was stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
"One way or another, we must diversify our relations, and even if everything is opened 100%, that is, we return to that initial state, our agenda will not change because of this. Today at the session I stated that this is a problem — when our imports or exports can be for the most part dependent on a single link," he said at a briefing.
Earlier, the Russian side restricted the import into the country of a whole range of Armenian products — from mineral water and alcoholic beverages to vegetables, fruits, and dairy products — due to identified violations.
