Tehran warns countries in the region against supporting U.S. actions against Iran
Iran's military has urged the Persian Gulf countries to refrain from supporting the United States in the conflict with Tehran, EFE reports.
"We warn: any help or assistance provided to the aggressor — the American military — will be regarded as cooperation with the U.S. armed forces," said the chief of the General Staff of Iran's Armed Forces, General Ali Abdollahi.
According to him, no U.S. actions in the region escape Iran's attention.
The warning came after Abu Dhabi accused Tehran of launching two missiles at the country's territory, as a result of which the UAE froze all trade relations with Iran.
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei called the UAE's accusations unfounded.
