Stubb: Russia is blocking talks on ending the war in Ukraine

Finnish President Alexander Stubb believes that Russia is blocking talks on ending the war in Ukraine.

As 1news.az reports, the Finnish leader said this on Sunday at a joint press conference with his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

"I believe that the Ukrainians are looking for pragmatic solutions during the negotiations, but it is precisely in Moscow that no concrete results are being demonstrated. The Americans will not come to Russia or Ukraine until they feel that there is a real result that can be presented," the Finnish president emphasized.

A. Stubb also said that he will personally convey his assessment of the two days of work and the Kyiv meetings to Washington in order to facilitate further decisions.
