Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is ready to be hanged on Republic Square – if the citizens so wish.
He described this dramatic scenario at a briefing, answering a question about the fact that "the citizens who voted for the opposition did not at all put forward the demand to imprison everyone," news.am reports.
"If the citizens of Armenia believe that a mistake is being made, they have the right to a revolution. Let them take to the streets in the name of the property of Kocharyan, Tsarukyan and others, of the Kaluga oligarch and of what was honestly earned by Serzh Sargsyan. I say this with all due respect. Let them remove us from power and bring in the beloved and most honest Kocharyan, Sargsyan, Tsarukyan, and hang us on Republic Square. I agree to this scenario. The decision of the people is not subject to discussion for me," Pashinyan stated.
