Azerbaijani judokas win seven medals at tournament in Poland

Azerbaijan's youth judo team won seven medals at an international tournament held in Krakow, Poland.

As 1news.az reports citing the Azerbaijan Judo Federation, the athletes competing in the under-18 age category took 3 gold, 2 silver, and 2 bronze medals.

Ali Abdullayev (60 kg), Huseyn Shikhaliyev (66 kg), and Omer Atayev (81 kg) climbed to the top step of the podium.

Dunyamaly Asdanly (66 kg) and Ruslan Kazimov (+90 kg) were awarded silver medals, while Ravan Mammadli (55 kg) and Ali Jafarov (66 kg) took bronze.

Note that within the framework of the tournament, in which representatives of 23 countries are taking part, competitions will be held in the under-16 age category and among adults.
