Kyiv to restrict mass events
Kyiv will temporarily introduce restrictions on holding mass events due to the deteriorating security situation.
According to the city's mayor, Vitali Klitschko, all entertainment and physical education and sports events in open areas, as well as in structures without shelters, will be banned.
Klitschko also reported that the Kyiv Defense Council decided to shorten the duration of the curfew in the capital. In connection with this, the city's public transportation will change its operating schedule.
According to the government's decision and the city's initiative, the curfew will be shortened by one hour. It will be in effect from 01:00 to 05:00.
The changes will officially take effect at 00:00 on September 10.
