Azerbaijani badminton player wins gold medal at international tournament
Azerbaijani badminton player Keisha Fatimah Zahra has won the Cameroon International 2026 tournament of the International Challenge series.
As reported by the Azerbaijan Badminton Federation, thanks to her high ranking, the athlete began her performance directly from the round of 16.
In the final match, Keisha Fatimah Zahra faced UAE representative Prakriti Bharath. The Azerbaijani badminton player won convincingly with a score of 2:0 — 21:16, 21:19, claiming the tournament's gold medal.
