Trump issues ultimatum to Canada's Bombardier
U.S. President Donald Trump said that the Canadian aerospace company Bombardier should be banned from selling aircraft on the American market unless it moves its production to the United States.
Trump wrote about this on his social network Truth Social.
According to the U.S. president, Bombardier must set up aircraft production in the United States if it wants to retain access to the country's market.
"If they want our market, they should build here and stop treating America like a 'piggy bank,'" Trump wrote.
The U.S. president also stated that the company's products are "not good enough," noting that buyers from the United States provide 50% of its revenue.
