Azerbaijan is determined to overcome all obstacles and ensure the safe and dignified Great Return of displaced communities to the liberated territories.

This was stated in a post by Azerbaijan's Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Elnur Mammadov on the social network X.

"More than 40,000 former internally displaced persons have returned. Over 45 settlements have been restored and rebuilt. Around 100,000 people are currently living, working and studying in Karabakh. The scale of the progress achieved in just six years is significant, but the challenges ahead are no less substantial," E. Mammadov noted, pointing to the still relevant mine problem.

"Landmines continue to threaten human lives and hinder reconstruction work — last week another civilian was injured as a result of yet another mine incident," the diplomat stated.
