Missile strike on Kyiv: 2 killed, 6 wounded

Two people were killed and six others were wounded as a result of a massive missile strike by Russian forces on Kyiv.

This was reported by Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko.

According to the Ukrainian side, ballistic and hypersonic missiles were launched during the attack from the Kursk, Bryansk, and Voronezh regions. Sites where missiles and their debris fell were recorded in several districts of the capital.

In the Podilskyi district, the windows and part of the facade of a building were damaged as a result of missile debris falling near a maternity hospital. According to preliminary data, no one at the medical facility was hurt, but one person was killed at a nearby stop.

In the Dniprovskyi district, missile debris fell into the courtyards of a 16-story apartment building and private houses, as well as onto an administrative building. In the Darnytskyi district, one piece of missile debris fell onto a roadway.

According to the latest data, four of the injured have been hospitalized.
