In Azerbaijan, chips will be subject to excise tax

Chips will become an excisable good, and an excise tax of 1 manat will be applied to each kilogram.

As 1news.az reports, this is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Tax Code.

According to the draft, it is proposed to include chips in the range of excisable goods and to apply an excise tax on local production at the rate of 1 manat for each kilogram.
