Azerbaijan prepares law on artificial intelligence
Azerbaijan is working on a separate bill to regulate the field of artificial intelligence.
As reported by Report, this was announced by MP Azay Guliyev during today’s plenary session of the parliament while discussing amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses in the second reading.
According to him, it is necessary to introduce liability for the distribution of photo, video, and audio materials created using AI without proper labeling. Administrative responsibility should apply not only to distributors but also to the creators of such materials, as well as to individuals and legal entities that facilitate their distribution without labeling, the parliamentarian believes.
The MP noted that relevant structures are currently working on a separate bill titled 'On Artificial Intelligence,' and his proposals may be considered within the framework of this document.
