Hakan Fidan: Turkey strives to contribute to peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia
Turkey is making serious efforts to establish peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia, stated Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan during a roundtable of editors at the Anadolu agency in Ankara.
He noted that Ankara's active steps to prevent escalation in the region are evident in the diplomatic sphere, including efforts to create a balance of power among regional and global players.
"Any change in the situation and instability in the region somehow affect Turkey, so Ankara must have a strategic vision of processes in various parts of the world, including the South Caucasus," emphasized the head of the Turkish Foreign Ministry.
