EU approves deployment of mission to Armenia to counter hybrid threats
The foreign ministers of EU countries have approved the creation of a new civilian mission in Armenia, which will support Yerevan in countering hybrid threats, including foreign interference in electoral processes, cyberattacks, and illegal political financing.
This was reported by Armenian Telegram channels.
The mission will begin its work in the coming months. It is expected that the new EU group will operate in Armenia for two years and consist of 20-30 international staff members. It will operate under the name 'EU Partnership Mission.'
