Central Bank of Azerbaijan leaves key rate unchanged

The Board of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) decided to keep the key rate at 6.5%.

This is reported by 1news.az citing the CBA.

According to the information, the lower limit of the interest rate corridor is maintained at 5.5%, and the upper limit at 7.5%.

"When making a decision on the parameters of the interest rate corridor, the stabilization of actual and projected inflation within the target range, the geopolitical situation, trends in global financial markets, and the domestic macroeconomic environment were taken into account," the CBA stated.
