Incident with An-12 occurs at airport in Kazakhstan

An incident with an An-12 aircraft occurred at the Zhezkazgan airport in central Kazakhstan, preliminarily due to landing gear damage; there are no casualties, the Kazakh portal Nur.kz reports.

"An incident with the aircraft occurred at the Zhezkazgan airport. The An-12 with 6 crew members and 10 passengers made an emergency landing. Preliminarily, the airliner's landing gear was damaged," the information resource reports.

General Director of AO "Zhezkazgan Air" Nurlan Lebaev confirmed to the online publication that on July 10 an aviation incident involving an An-12 aircraft occurred on the territory of the airport. According to him, there are no casualties.
