Head-on collision of buses in Czechia: about 50 people injured
In Czechia, about 50 people were injured as a result of a head-on collision between two city buses.

According to the information, the accident occurred on Saturday around 9:30 local time in the area of the settlement of Oleksovice. According to preliminary data, the buses collided head-on.
All emergency services were dispatched to the scene, including 13 rescue teams, a medical aviation helicopter, a traffic inspector, and a high-capacity ambulance.
According to the rescue service, 47 victims required medical assistance. Seven people sustained moderate and severe injuries, and another 25 sustained minor injuries. The injured were taken to hospitals in Brno and Znojmo.
Another 15 people were examined by medics at the scene and did not require hospitalization. Among those who received minor injuries was one child.
