According to the information, Aref Khoshkar opened fire from an air rifle at security forces officers during the riots in Tehran. As a result, Salman Amirahmadi was wounded, who later died in the hospital.
Protests in Iran began in 2022 after the death of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini, who died after being detained by the morality police for an alleged violation of hijab wearing rules.
