Bloomberg: Ukraine pledges not to attack tankers carrying Kazakh oil in Black Sea
Ukraine has pledged not to strike oil tankers and infrastructure in the Black Sea not connected to Russia that are necessary for the export of Kazakh oil.
Bloomberg reports this, citing a U.S. official.
According to him, Kyiv will refrain from attacking the infrastructure of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC), as well as vessels heading to the terminal, if they are not connected to Russia, are not under Ukrainian sanctions, and are not carrying Russian oil.
According to the agency, Ukraine assumed these obligations after negotiations with representatives of the U.S. authorities.
