The total damage to U.S. military facilities and equipment in the Middle East as a result of Iran's retaliatory strikes has already exceeded $13 billion.

This was reported by The Wall Street Journal (WSJ), citing its own calculations.

The newspaper points out that since the start of the U.S. and Israeli military operation against Iran on February 28, the Islamic Republic has carried out more than 2,000 strikes on facilities in the Middle East using missiles and drones. Damage was inflicted on at least 20 U.S.-linked military facilities in eight countries. In addition, Iranian armed forces damaged or destroyed about 42 American aircraft, mainly large drones, but this also includes U.S. Air Force fighter jets.
