Portuguese soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo has officially formalized his relationship with Georgina Rodriguez, whom he has been in a relationship with since 2016.
The world soccer star announced the joyful event on social media, publishing a photo of the couple's hands with wedding rings and adding the initials "CG."
The post almost immediately drew enormous interest from Instagram users. Within a few hours, the photograph gathered about 20 million likes, and the number of reactions continues to grow. The athlete's fans are actively congratulating the spouses and wishing them family happiness.
Note that 41-year-old Cristiano Ronaldo, who plays for the Portuguese national team and the club Al-Nassr, and 32-year-old Georgina Rodriguez met and began their relationship in 2016. The couple announced their engagement only last year.
Ronaldo and Rodriguez have two children together - eight-year-old Alana and four-year-old Bella. In addition, they are together raising the soccer player's three children from previous relationships: 16-year-old Cristiano Jr. and nine-year-old twins Eva and Mateo, born to surrogate mothers.
